अभिगम्य च राजानं ज्ञापयत्स्वं प्रयोजनम् ।
तमुवाचाथ राजा स सान्त्वपूर्वमिदं वचः ॥१६॥

tamuvācātha rājā sa sāntvapūrvamidaṁ vacaḥ.

16.
And having seen that woman of excellent hips, the daughter of Citravāhana, he desired her. And having approached the king, he made his purpose known. Then, that king spoke these gentle words to him.
