महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-127, verse-9

ततो दुर्योधनः कोपादुत्पपात महाबलः ।
भ्रातृपद्मवनात्तस्मान्मदोत्कट इव द्विपः ॥९॥
9. tato duryodhanaḥ kopādutpapāta mahābalaḥ ,
bhrātṛpadmavanāttasmānmadotkaṭa iva dvipaḥ.
9. tataḥ duryodhanaḥ kopāt utpapāta mahābalaḥ |
bhrātṛpadmavanāt tasmāt madotkaṭaḥ iva dvipaḥ
9. Then, the mighty Duryodhana, seized by anger, sprang up from that lotus-forest formed by his brothers, just like an elephant (dvipa) in rut (madotkaṭa).
