योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-70, verse-2

महाप्रलयकालेऽस्मिंस्त्यक्तुमेषा मयाधुना ।
मुनीन्द्र नूनमारब्धा तेन वैरस्यमागता ॥ २ ॥
mahāpralayakāle'smiṃstyaktumeṣā mayādhunā ,
munīndra nūnamārabdhā tena vairasyamāgatā 2
2. mahāpralayakāle asmin tyaktum eṣā mayā adhunā |
munīndra nūnam ārabdhā tena vairasyam āgatā ||
2. munīndra! adhunā asmin mahāpralayakāle eṣā mayā
tyaktum nūnam ārabdhā tena vairasyam āgatā
2. O chief of sages (munīndra)! Now, in this period of great dissolution (mahāpralaya), this (state) has certainly been undertaken by me for abandonment. Therefore, a sense of distaste has arisen.
