तेनैवाभ्यासयोगेन याति तत्तनुतां तथा ।
यथा नाहं न संसारः शान्तमेवावशिष्यते ॥ ३६ ॥

By that very discipline of practice (abhyāsayoga), one attains that very nature, in such a way that neither the sense of 'I' (aham) nor the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra) remains, but only tranquility persists.
