सर्ग आदौ कारण अभावात् यत् यथा कचितम् चितौ
तत् तथा आस्ते चिरम् रूपम् स्वप्नसंकल्पपूः यथा

25.
At the beginning of creation, due to the absence of an external cause, whatever is conceived in consciousness (cit), that form (or appearance) endures for a long time, just like a city born from a dream or an imagination.
