योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-98, verse-25

इत्थमालक्ष्यमाणं तत्तदेवं सततं मुने ।
न च नार्थक्रियाकारि भवेन्नेत्थमिदं जगत् ॥ २५ ॥
itthamālakṣyamāṇaṃ tattadevaṃ satataṃ mune ,
na ca nārthakriyākāri bhavennetthamidaṃ jagat 25
25. ittham ālakṣyamāṇam tat tat eva evam satatam mune na
ca na artha-kriyā-kāri bhavet na ittham idam jagat
25. mune,

25. O sage, that very thing (tat tat), being perceived in this manner and constantly thus, is certainly not without practical efficacy. Were it not so, this world would not exist.
