योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-68, verse-7

चतुष्प्रकारमाहुस्तं मौनं मौनविदो जनाः ।
वांग्मौनमक्षमौनं च काष्ठं सौषुप्तमेव च ॥ ७ ॥
