स यथा जीवति खगस्तथेह यदि जीव्यते ।
तद्भवेज्जीवितं पुण्यं दीर्घं चोदयमेव च ॥ ११ ॥

sa yathā jīvati khagastatheha yadi jīvyate ,
tadbhavejjīvitaṃ puṇyaṃ dīrghaṃ codayameva ca 11

Just as that bird (Bhūṣuṇḍa) lives, if one lives here in that same manner, then such a life would be meritorious, long, and certainly prosperous.
