भवार्णवं तरिष्यन्ति धीमन्तः पोतकान्विताः ॥ ८ ॥

Indeed, people whose external conduct is appropriate for the world will live. The intelligent ones, equipped with suitable means, will cross the ocean of transmigration (saṃsāra).
