योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-62, verse-8

बहिर्लोकोचिताचारा विहरिष्यन्ति वै जनाः ।
भवार्णवं तरिष्यन्ति धीमन्तः पोतकान्विताः ॥ ८ ॥
bahirlokocitācārā vihariṣyanti vai janāḥ ,
bhavārṇavaṃ tariṣyanti dhīmantaḥ potakānvitāḥ 8

8. Indeed, people whose external conduct is appropriate for the world will live. The intelligent ones, equipped with suitable means, will cross the ocean of transmigration (saṃsāra).
