धैर्येणाभ्युद्धरेद्बुद्धिं पङ्कान्मुग्धगवीमिव ।

15. With fortitude, one should uplift the intellect (buddhi) from the mire, just as one would an innocent cow, even if one has fallen into a tamasic, rajasic, or any other state (jāti).

15. באמצעות נחישות יש לחלץ את התבונה, כמו פרה חסרת אונים מתוך הבוץ, גם אם שקעה באיכויות של טָאמָס (עצלות ובורות) או רָאגָ'ס (תשוקה וסערה) או בכל מצב נמוך אחר.
