योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-112, verse-9

मनोविलयमात्रेण दुःखशान्तिरवाप्यते ।
मनोमननमात्रेण दुःखं परमवाप्यते ॥ ९ ॥
