योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-19, verse-17

सर्वाणि दुःखभूतानि सर्वे दोषा दुराधयः ।
बालमेवोपजीवन्ति श्रीमन्तमिव मानवाः ॥ १७ ॥
sarvāṇi duḥkhabhūtāni sarve doṣā durādhayaḥ ,
bālamevopajīvanti śrīmantamiva mānavāḥ 17

bālam eva upajīvanti śrīmantam iva mānavāḥ

17. All things born of suffering, all faults, and all evil intentions depend solely on the ignorant or foolish person (bāla), just as people (mānavāḥ) rely on a wealthy individual.
