योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-19, verse-11

बाल्यं रम्यमिति व्यर्थबुद्धयः कल्पयन्ति ये ।
तान्मूर्खपुरुषान्ब्रह्मन्धिगस्तु हृतचेतसः ॥ ११ ॥
bālyaṃ ramyamiti vyarthabuddhayaḥ kalpayanti ye ,
tānmūrkhapuruṣānbrahmandhigastu hṛtacetasaḥ 11
11. bālyam ramyam iti vyarthabuddhayaḥ kalpayanti ye
tān mūrhapuruṣān brahman dhik astu hṛtacetasaḥ
11. brahman ye vyarthabuddhayaḥ bālyam ramyam iti
kalpayanti tān hṛtacetasaḥ mūrhapuruṣān dhik astu
11. O Brahmin, shame upon those foolish individuals whose minds are deluded and whose understanding is wasted, who imagine that childhood is delightful.
