त्वं गतिः परमा देव पूर्वजो जगतः प्रभुः ।
रथार्थं सर्वभूतानां विष्णुत्वमुपजग्मिवान् ॥१८॥
18. tvaṃ gatiḥ paramā deva pūrvajo jagataḥ prabhuḥ ,
rathārthaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ viṣṇutvamupajagmivān.

18. You are the ultimate destination (gati), O God, the primordial one, the Lord of the world. For the purpose of the path of all beings, you assumed the state of being Vishnu.
