इति ब्रुवन्तं मुदिताः प्रत्यनन्दन्नृपा नृपम् ।

13. As the king was speaking thus, the delighted kings acclaimed him, just as peacocks (barhiṇaḥ) welcome a roaring great cloud laden with rain.
