वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-53, verse-4

किं मयापकृतं तस्य महर्षेर्भावितात्मनः ।
यन्मामनागसं भक्तामिष्टां त्यजति धार्मिकः ॥४॥
4. kiṃ mayāpakṛtaṃ tasya maharṣerbhāvitātmanaḥ ,
yanmāmanāgasaṃ bhaktāmiṣṭāṃ tyajati dhārmikaḥ.
