वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-49, verse-15

द्वादशाहं तु ब्रह्मर्षे शेषमाहुर्मनीषिणः ।
ततो भागार्थिनो देवान्द्रष्टुमर्हसि कौशिक ॥१५॥
15. dvādaśāhaṃ tu brahmarṣe śeṣamāhurmanīṣiṇaḥ ,
tato bhāgārthino devāndraṣṭumarhasi kauśika.

15. O Brahmarishi, the wise ones declare that the remaining period is twelve days. Thereafter, O Kaushika, you should behold the gods who are desirous of their share [of the offerings].
