महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-37, verse-4

स विद्ध्वा दशभिर्बाणैः साश्वयन्तारमार्जुनिम् ।
उदक्रोशन्महाशब्दं तिष्ठ तिष्ठेति चाब्रवीत् ॥४॥
4. sa viddhvā daśabhirbāṇaiḥ sāśvayantāramārjunim ,
udakrośanmahāśabdaṁ tiṣṭha tiṣṭheti cābravīt.
4. saḥ viddhvā daśabhiḥ bāṇaiḥ sāśvayantāram ārjunim
| udakrośat mahāśabdaṃ tiṣṭha tiṣṭha iti ca abravīt
4. saḥ daśabhiḥ bāṇaiḥ sāśvayantāram ārjunim viddhvā
mahāśabdaṃ udakrośat ca "tiṣṭha tiṣṭha" iti abravīt
4. Having pierced Arjuna's son (Abhimanyu), along with his horses and charioteer, with ten arrows, he cried out loudly with a great sound and said, "Stop! Stop!"
