महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-95, verse-9

बलवानहमित्येव न मन्तव्यं सुयोधन ।
बलवन्तो हि बलिभिर्दृश्यन्ते पुरुषर्षभ ॥९॥
9. balavānahamityeva na mantavyaṁ suyodhana ,
balavanto hi balibhirdṛśyante puruṣarṣabha.
9. balavān aham iti eva na mantavyam suyodhana
balavantaḥ hi balibhiḥ dṛśyante puruṣarṣabha
9. O Suyodhana, it should not be thought, 'I am strong.' For indeed, O best among men (puruṣarṣabha), the strong are seen (to be challenged) by other strong individuals.
