बलवानहमित्येव न मन्तव्यं सुयोधन ।
बलवन्तो हि बलिभिर्दृश्यन्ते पुरुषर्षभ ॥९॥

O Suyodhana, it should not be thought, 'I am strong.' For indeed, O best among men (puruṣarṣabha), the strong are seen (to be challenged) by other strong individuals.
