महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-59, verse-21

इत्येवं चिन्तयन्कृत्स्नमहोरात्राणि भारत ।
अनिद्रो निःसुखश्चास्मि कुरूणां शमचिन्तया ॥२१॥
21. ityevaṁ cintayankṛtsnamahorātrāṇi bhārata ,
anidro niḥsukhaścāsmi kurūṇāṁ śamacintayā.
21. iti evam cintayan kṛtsnamahorātrāṇi bhārata
anidraḥ niḥsukhaḥ ca asmi kurūṇām śamacintayā
21. O Bhārata, contemplating thus day and night, I am sleepless and without happiness, constantly worrying about peace (śama) for the Kurus.
