महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-21, verse-21

स तं सत्कृत्य कौरव्यः प्रेषयामास पाण्डवान् ।
सभामध्ये समाहूय संजयं वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥२१॥
21. sa taṁ satkṛtya kauravyaḥ preṣayāmāsa pāṇḍavān ,
sabhāmadhye samāhūya saṁjayaṁ vākyamabravīt.

21. The Kaurava (Dhritarashtra), having honored Sanjaya, sent him to the Pandavas. Summoning Sanjaya in the assembly, he spoke these words.
