महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-31, verse-2

ते त्रिगर्ताश्च मत्स्याश्च संरब्धा युद्धदुर्मदाः ।
अन्योन्यमभिगर्जन्तो गोषु गृद्धा महाबलाः ॥२॥
2. te trigartāśca matsyāśca saṁrabdhā yuddhadurmadāḥ ,
anyonyamabhigarjanto goṣu gṛddhā mahābalāḥ.
2. te trigartāḥ ca matsyāḥ ca saṃrabdhāḥ yuddhadiurmadāḥ
anyonyam abhigarjantaḥ goṣu gṛddhāḥ mahābalāḥ
2. Those Trigartas and Matsyas, enraged and fierce in battle, were immensely powerful and roared at each other, eager for the cows.
