It has been heard by us that, in the presence of Nṛga, the patron (yajamāna) of the Vedic ritual (yajña), Indra became exhilarated by the Soma, and the twice-born (dvijātayaḥ) priests rejoiced with the ritual fees (dakṣiṇā).
