महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-53, verse-14

देवा ऊचुः ।
कच्चिद्दृष्टा त्वया राजन्दमयन्ती शुचिस्मिता ।
किमब्रवीच्च नः सर्वान्वद भूमिपतेऽनघ ॥१४॥
14. devā ūcuḥ ,
kacciddṛṣṭā tvayā rājandamayantī śucismitā ,
kimabravīcca naḥ sarvānvada bhūmipate'nagha.
14. devāḥ ūcuḥ kaccit dṛṣṭā tvayā rājan damayantī śucismitā
kim abravīt ca naḥ sarvān vada bhūmipate anagha
14. The gods said: 'O King, was the pure-smiling Damayantī seen by you? And what did she say to all of us? Tell us, O sinless lord of the earth!'
