महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-286, verse-8

तवापि विदितं देव ममाप्यस्त्रबलं महत् ।
जामदग्न्यादुपात्तं यत्तथा द्रोणान्महात्मनः ॥८॥
8. tavāpi viditaṁ deva mamāpyastrabalaṁ mahat ,
jāmadagnyādupāttaṁ yattathā droṇānmahātmanaḥ.
8. tava api viditam deva mama api astra-balam mahat
jāmadagnyāt upāttam yat tathā droṇāt mahātmanaḥ
8. O divine one (deva), it is also known to you that my great strength in weaponry (astra-balam) – which was obtained from Jāmadagnya (Paraśurāma) and likewise from the great-souled (mahātman) Droṇa – is also significant.
