महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-286, verse-19

तच्छ्रुत्वा भगवान्देवो भानुः स्वर्भानुसूदनः ।
उवाच तं तथेत्येव कर्णं सूर्यः स्मयन्निव ॥१९॥
19. tacchrutvā bhagavāndevo bhānuḥ svarbhānusūdanaḥ ,
uvāca taṁ tathetyeva karṇaṁ sūryaḥ smayanniva.
19. tat śrutvā bhagavān devaḥ bhānuḥ svarbhānusūdanaḥ
uvāca tam tathā iti eva karṇam sūryaḥ smayan iva
19. Having heard that, the revered god Bhānu (Sūrya), the slayer of Svabhānu (Rāhu), then spoke to Karṇa, saying, 'So be it,' as if smiling.
