महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-286, verse-7

यच्च मामात्थ देव त्वं पाण्डवं फल्गुनं प्रति ।
व्येतु संतापजं दुःखं तव भास्कर मानसम् ।
अर्जुनं प्रति मां चैव विजेष्यामि रणेऽर्जुनम् ॥७॥
7. yacca māmāttha deva tvaṁ pāṇḍavaṁ phalgunaṁ prati ,
vyetu saṁtāpajaṁ duḥkhaṁ tava bhāskara mānasam ,
arjunaṁ prati māṁ caiva vijeṣyāmi raṇe'rjunam.
7. yat ca mām āttha deva tvam pāṇḍavam
phalgunam prati vyetu saṃtāpa-jam
duḥkham tava bhāskara mānasam arjunam
prati mām ca eva vijeṣyāmi raṇe arjunam
7. And what you, O divine one (deva), said to me regarding the Pāṇḍava Phalguna (Arjuna) – let the sorrow-born grief (duḥkha) from your mind (mānasam) depart, O Sun-god (Bhāskara)! I shall conquer Arjuna in battle (raṇa), and also conquer myself.
