yaḥ tu viśvasya jagataḥ buddhim ākramya tiṣṭhati

But he who pervades and dwells within the intellect (buddhi) of the entire world (jagat)—him, those who know the spiritual Self (ātman) declare to be the purifier (pāvaka) named Viśvajit.
