महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-209, verse-16

यस्तु विश्वस्य जगतो बुद्धिमाक्रम्य तिष्ठति ।
तं प्राहुरध्यात्मविदो विश्वजिन्नाम पावकम् ॥१६॥

16. yastu viśvasya jagato buddhimākramya tiṣṭhati ,
taṁ prāhuradhyātmavido viśvajinnāma pāvakam.

tam prāhuḥ adhyātmavidaḥ viśvajit nāma pāvakam

16. But he who pervades and dwells within the intellect (buddhi) of the entire world (jagat)—him, those who know the spiritual Self (ātman) declare to be the purifier (pāvaka) named Viśvajit.
