महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-209, verse-24

संहर्षाद्धारयन्क्रोधं धन्वी स्रग्वी रथे स्थितः ।
समरे नाशयेच्छत्रूनमोघो नाम पावकः ॥२४॥
24. saṁharṣāddhārayankrodhaṁ dhanvī sragvī rathe sthitaḥ ,
samare nāśayecchatrūnamogho nāma pāvakaḥ.
24. saṃharṣāt dhārayan krodham dhanvī sragvī rathe
sthitaḥ samare nāśayet śatrūn amoghaḥ nāma pāvakaḥ
24. An archer, garlanded, standing in a chariot, holding back his anger (krodha) with fierce resolve (saṃharṣa), he would destroy enemies in battle. He is indeed the unfailing (amogha) Pāvaka.
