महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-9, verse-11

प्रातरुत्थाय तान्राजन्पूजयित्वा यथाविधि ।
कृत्यकाले समुत्पन्ने पृच्छेथाः कार्यमात्मनः ॥११॥
11. prātarutthāya tānrājanpūjayitvā yathāvidhi ,
kṛtyakāle samutpanne pṛcchethāḥ kāryamātmanaḥ.

kṛtyakāle samutpanne pṛcchethāḥ kāryam ātmanaḥ
11. O king, after rising in the morning and honoring them (the wise) according to the prescribed rites, when a matter of duty arises, you should inquire about your own task (karma).
