महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-24, verse-18

स राजाग्नीन्पर्युपास्य हुत्वा च विधिवत्तदा ।
संध्यागतं सहस्रांशुमुपातिष्ठत भारत ॥१८॥
18. sa rājāgnīnparyupāsya hutvā ca vidhivattadā ,
saṁdhyāgataṁ sahasrāṁśumupātiṣṭhata bhārata.

sandhyāgatam sahasrāṃśum upātiṣṭhata bhārata
18. bhārata saḥ rājā tadā agnīn paryupāsya ca vidhivat

18. O Bhārata, that king, having properly worshipped the fires and offered oblations according to ritual, then bowed to the sun as it set at twilight.
