महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-24, verse-10

न च सा वनवासाय देवीं कृतमतिं तदा ।
शक्नोत्युपावर्तयितुं कुन्तीं धर्मपरां सतीम् ॥१०॥
10. na ca sā vanavāsāya devīṁ kṛtamatiṁ tadā ,
śaknotyupāvartayituṁ kuntīṁ dharmaparāṁ satīm.
10. na ca sā vanavāsāya devīm kṛtamatim tadā
śaknoti upāvartayitum kuntīm dharmaparām satīm
10. ca tadā sā devīm kuntīm vanavāsāya kṛtamatim
dharmaparām satīm upāvartayitum na śaknoti
10. And at that time, Gandhari was unable to dissuade Queen Kunti, who was resolute in her decision for a forest dwelling and was a virtuous woman supremely devoted to righteousness (dharma).
