महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-81, verse-5

मया तु मोहिनी नाम मायैषा संप्रयोजिता ।
प्रियार्थं पुरुषेन्द्रस्य पितुस्तेऽद्य यशस्विनः ॥५॥
5. mayā tu mohinī nāma māyaiṣā saṁprayojitā ,
priyārthaṁ puruṣendrasya pituste'dya yaśasvinaḥ.

priyārtham puruṣendrasya pituḥ te adya yaśasvinaḥ
5. tu mayā mohinī nāma eṣā māyā adya yaśasvinaḥ

5. But by me, this illusion (māyā) named Mohinī was employed today for the pleasure of your glorious father, the lord of men.
