महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-81, verse-21

तमुवाच ततः पृष्टो मणिपूरपतिस्तदा ।
प्रसाद्य शिरसा विद्वानुलूपी पृच्छ्यतामिति ॥२१॥
21. tamuvāca tataḥ pṛṣṭo maṇipūrapatistadā ,
prasādya śirasā vidvānulūpī pṛcchyatāmiti.
21. tam uvāca tataḥ pṛṣṭaḥ maṇipūrapatiḥ tadā
prasādya śirasā vidvān ulūpī pṛcchyatām iti
21. tataḥ pṛṣṭaḥ vidvān maṇipūrapatiḥ tadā tam
uvāca śirasā prasādya ulūpī pṛcchyatām iti
21. Then, being questioned, the wise lord of Maṇipūra spoke to him. Having propitiated him by bowing his head, he said, 'Let Ulūpī be asked about this.'
