महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-74, verse-20

स तैर्विद्धो महानागो विस्रवन्रुधिरं बभौ ।
हिमवानिव शैलेन्द्रो बहुप्रस्रवणस्तदा ॥२०॥
20. sa tairviddho mahānāgo visravanrudhiraṁ babhau ,
himavāniva śailendro bahuprasravaṇastadā.
20. saḥ taiḥ viddhaḥ mahānāgaḥ visravan rudhiram
babhau himavān iva śailendraḥ bahuprasravaṇaḥ tadā
20. Struck by those arrows, that great warrior (like a mighty elephant), gushing blood, then appeared like the Himalaya, the king of mountains, with its numerous flowing springs.
