महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-27, verse-11

शंकराणि त्रिवर्णानि पुष्पाणि च फलानि च ।
सृजन्तः पादपास्तत्र व्याप्य तिष्ठन्ति तद्वनम् ॥११॥
11. śaṁkarāṇi trivarṇāni puṣpāṇi ca phalāni ca ,
sṛjantaḥ pādapāstatra vyāpya tiṣṭhanti tadvanam.
