महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-35, verse-16

सन्ति चाशीविषनिभाः सन्ति मन्दास्तथापरे ।
विविधानीह वृत्तानि ब्राह्मणानां युधिष्ठिर ॥१६॥
16. santi cāśīviṣanibhāḥ santi mandāstathāpare ,
vividhānīha vṛttāni brāhmaṇānāṁ yudhiṣṭhira.

vividhāni iha vṛttāni brāhmaṇānām yudhiṣṭhira

16. And some are like venomous snakes, others are sluggish and dull. O Yudhiṣṭhira, these are the various behaviors of the brahmins in this context.
