महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-35, verse-10

श्रद्धया परया युक्ता ह्यनभिद्रोहलब्धया ।
दमस्वाध्यायनिरताः सर्वान्कामानवाप्स्यथ ॥१०॥
10. śraddhayā parayā yuktā hyanabhidrohalabdhayā ,
damasvādhyāyaniratāḥ sarvānkāmānavāpsyatha.

damasvādhyāyaniratāḥ sarvān kāmān avāpsyatha
10. hi parayā anabhidrohalabdhayā śraddhayā yuktāḥ

10. Indeed, you who are endowed with supreme faith (śraddhā), gained without malice, and are devoted to self-control (dama) and self-study (svādhyāya), will obtain all your desires.
