भीष्म उवाच ।
नास्त्यत्र संशयः कश्चिदिति मे वर्तते मतिः ।
शृणु वक्ष्यामि ते प्राज्ञ सम्यक्त्वमनुपृच्छसि ॥३॥

nāstyatra saṁśayaḥ kaściditi me vartate matiḥ ,

3. Bhishma said: "My opinion is that there is no doubt (saṃśaya) in this matter. O wise one, listen, I will tell you, for you inquire about what is correct."
