महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-45, verse-12

तथा सर्वं स नगरं प्रसाद्य जनमेजय ।
वासुदेवं महात्मानमभ्यगच्छत्कृताञ्जलिः ॥१२॥
12. tathā sarvaṁ sa nagaraṁ prasādya janamejaya ,
vāsudevaṁ mahātmānamabhyagacchatkṛtāñjaliḥ.
12. tathā sarvam sa nagaram prasādya janamejaya
vāsudevam mahā-ātmānam abhyagacchat kṛta-añjaliḥ
12. tathā janamejaya sa nagaram sarvam prasādya
kṛta-añjaliḥ mahā-ātmānam vāsudevam abhyagacchat
12. And thus, O Janamejaya, after pacifying the entire city, he, with joined hands, approached the great-souled Vāsudeva.
