महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-4, verse-17

कर्णस्तेषामापततामेकैकेन क्षुरेण ह ।
धनूंषि सशरावापान्यपातयत भूतले ॥१७॥
17. karṇasteṣāmāpatatāmekaikena kṣureṇa ha ,
dhanūṁṣi saśarāvāpānyapātayata bhūtale.

17. Karna, indeed (ha), using a razor-sharp arrow (kṣureṇa), individually struck down the bows and quivers (sasharāvāpa) of those (teṣām) who were attacking (āpatatām), causing them to fall to the ground (bhūtale).
