महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-283, verse-26

इष्टानिष्टसमायोगो वैरं सौहार्दमेव च ।
अथ जातिसहस्राणि बहूनि परिवर्तते ॥२६॥
26. iṣṭāniṣṭasamāyogo vairaṁ sauhārdameva ca ,
atha jātisahasrāṇi bahūni parivartate.
