सप्तर्षीणामथोर्ध्वं च विपृथुर्नाम पार्थिवः ।
राजानः क्षत्रियाश्चैव मण्डलेषु पृथक्पृथक् ॥१९॥

19. atha ca saptarṣīṇām ūrdhvam,

19. And then, after the time of the seven sages (saptarṣi), there was a king named Vipṛthu. Kings and kṣatriyas, indeed, ruled separately in their respective territories.
