महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-207, verse-26

भविता मनसो ज्ञानं मन एव प्रतायते ।
ज्योतिष्मद्विरजो दिव्यमत्र सिद्धं महात्मनाम् ॥२६॥
