पयस्यन्तर्हितं सर्पिर्यद्वन्निर्मथ्यते खजैः ।

21. Just as ghee (sarpi), inherent in milk, is churned out by churning sticks (khaja), so too is semen (śukra) churned out by 'churning sticks' that are generated by the body's resolve (saṅkalpa).
