महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-135, verse-23

परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तस्तु सम्यक्समुपपादयेत् ।
देशकालावभिप्रेतौ ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात् ॥२३॥
23. parīkṣyakārī yuktastu samyaksamupapādayet ,
deśakālāvabhipretau tābhyāṁ phalamavāpnuyāt.
23. parīkṣya-kārī yuktaḥ tu samyak samupapādayet
deśa-kālau abhipretau tābhyām phalam avāpnuyāt
23. tu parīkṣya-kārī yuktaḥ samyak abhipretau
deśa-kālau samupapādayet tābhyām phalam avāpnuyāt
23. However, one who acts after due examination and is diligent should properly utilize the opportune place and time. From these two, one will certainly obtain the fruit (phala).
