महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-123, verse-19

अत्रैतदाहुराचार्याः पापस्य च निबर्हणम् ।
सेवितव्या त्रयी विद्या सत्कारो ब्राह्मणेषु च ॥१९॥
19. atraitadāhurācāryāḥ pāpasya ca nibarhaṇam ,
sevitavyā trayī vidyā satkāro brāhmaṇeṣu ca.

19. In this regard, teachers declare this, which is also a means for the removal of sin: the threefold Vedic knowledge (Trayī Vidyā) should be cultivated, and honor should be shown to Brahmins.
