महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-9, verse-7

गतायुरेषा कृपणा गन्धर्वाप्सरसोः सुता ।
तस्माच्छोके मनस्तात मा कृथास्त्वं कथंचन ॥७॥

7. gatāyureṣā kṛpaṇā gandharvāpsarasoḥ sutā ,
tasmācchoke manastāta mā kṛthāstvaṁ kathaṁcana.

7. gatāyuḥ eṣā kṛpaṇā gandharva-apsarasoḥ sutā
tasmāt śoke manaḥ tāta mā kṛthāḥ tvam kathaṃcana

7. This pitiable daughter of a Gandharva and an Apsara has lost her life. Therefore, my dear, do not ever grieve in your mind.

7. הילדה האומללה הזאת, בתם של גַנְדְהַרְוַה ואַפְּסַרָה, חייה תמו. לכן, יקירי, אל תיתן לרוחך להתמסר לצער בשום אופן.
