महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-36, verse-9

यथा पाण्डुर्महाबाहुर्धनुर्धरवरो भुवि ।
बभूव मृगयाशीलः पुरास्य प्रपितामहः ॥९॥
9. yathā pāṇḍurmahābāhurdhanurdharavaro bhuvi ,
babhūva mṛgayāśīlaḥ purāsya prapitāmahaḥ.

babhūva mṛgayāśīlaḥ purā asya prapitāmahaḥ
9. Just as his great-grandfather Pandu, the mighty-armed and foremost of archers on earth, was formerly fond of hunting.
