महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-30, verse-15

इदमानीतममृतं निक्षेप्स्यामि कुशेषु वः ।
स्नाता मङ्गलसंयुक्तास्ततः प्राश्नीत पन्नगाः ॥१५॥

15. idamānītamamṛtaṁ nikṣepsyāmi kuśeṣu vaḥ ,
snātā maṅgalasaṁyuktāstataḥ prāśnīta pannagāḥ.

15. O serpents, I will place this nectar, which I have brought, on the Darbha grass for you. After you have bathed and performed auspicious rituals, then consume it.

15. הבאתי את צוף האלמוות (אַמְרְטַה) הזה. אניח אותו על עשב קוּשַׁה בשבילכם. התרחצו ועשו טקסי ברכה, ואז תאכלו ממנו, הו נחשים.
